The huge greenspace on this property and potential for enhancing units is what caught our eye when we first visited this building. After researching the neighbourhood, we were sold. Harrow Court is one of few apartment buildings located in this area and it’s proximity to multiple schools and the river valley is unmatched.

When we first acquired this property, it sat at about 15% vacancy. After renovating suites, improving the curb appeal, and focusing on people-first management, we were able to drop the vacancy rate to under 5%.
